For car accidents with open claims, we bill the insurance company directly. There will be NO out-of-pocket costs to the patient.

If we're out of network with our patient's insurance, we can submit claims and the patient will be responsible for any amounts insurance applies to copay, coinsurance or deductible. 

We do recommend that patients check on their out of network coverage prior to their first visit. Alternatively, patients can pay our time of service rate and we will provide a coded medical receipt (superbill) for the patient to submit for reimbursement on their own.
